Refund policy

Returns:

Unopened purchases made directly from Emojibator.com may be returned within 90 days of receipt for a refund in the form of store credit, which never expires. Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@emojibator.com and mail the defective product to Emojibator, 3443 Edwards Ave, Santa Clara CA 95054, United States with proof of purchase.

Standard Shipping Costs:

United States: $8 per item + $1.50 for each additional item. Free Shipping on orders $50 or more.
Canada & Mexico: $10 per item + $2.25 for each additional item. Free Shipping on orders $125 or more.
Rest of World (excl. Australia): $20 per item + $2.50 for each additional item. Free Shipping on orders $150 or more.
Australia & New Zealand: $24 per item + $2 for each additional item. Free Shipping on orders $150 or more.

Priority/Expedited Shipping Costs:

United States: $20 per item + $1 for each additional item.
Canada & Mexico: $15 per item + $1 for each additional item.
Outside North America (excl. Australia): $28 per item + $2.50 for each additional item.
Australia & New Zealand: $33 per item + $2 for each additional item.

Next-Day Shipping Costs (does not include weekend delivery):

United States: $31 per item + $1 for each additional item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless our customer service team has already created a label for you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
